The club would to sympathise with the O'Rourke and McGuigan family's on their recent loss of their mothers.

Margaret (Peggy) O'Rourke (RIP) of Bóthar na Naomh, son Martin was a tremendous player back in the early years of the club and won two shields in the Kilkenny league when Peake Villa were affiliated to that league.

Mary McGuigan Ard Mhuire (RIP) walked the club grounds for years and was popular to all the members of the club. Also her son Denis has drove the team bus on numerous occasions.
